Start 2017 with learning how to become a better negotiator. It could help you earn more money and get what you want professionally and personally. Currently, women working full time in the United States typically are paid just 80 percent of what men are paid, a gap of 20 percent. The pay gap exists in nearly every occupation and is worse for women of color and is worse for mothers, and it only grows with age.

Our January program aims to help close that gap by looking at how to overcome the gender pay gap and what men do better than women when it comes to negotiating salaries.

Our guest speaker, Lisa Palmer, will share insight into how to become a better negotiator. Through her work at Gartner, the world’s largest global technology advisory services firm, Lisa advises the leaders of industry in crafting strategy, driving execution, and focusing on their professional development as high performing leaders. This is your chance to learn the same skills that CEOs and COOs use in negotiating salary and position.
