DigiKnow 2.0 is a professional development mini-conference that will be a deep dive into the current and future trends in Digital Communications. We will look at how marketing/PR/communications professionals can use new and emergent technologies to enhance their communications strategies, with insights, tools and best practices from expert speakers.

Breakfast and registration begins at 8am; speakers and breakouts begin at 8:30am.

Jessica Robbins

Recently named as one of Adobe's UX designers to follow, Jessica Robbins, Associate Creative Director for Saxum, leads clients and teams through brand visioning, strategy and creation of integrated brand experiences. Her eclectic background includes identity, video, motion, print and UX/UI design, which she leverages to experiences that are authentic, engaging and relevant. Her work largely focuses on building sustainable processes, products and custom design solutions for clients that are human-centered and empathy-driven.

Jessica has experience across multiple industries including energy, nonprofit, education, health and financial. She has served clients including Williams, 7-Eleven, API, WPX Energy, University of Oklahoma, GlobalHealth, GE Oil and Gas, Teach for America, as well as initiatives by George Kaiser Family Foundation, including the Gathering Place.

Zahara Chaudhry is a graduate of The University of Oklahoma with emphasis on international business, marketing and Italian. Zahara serves as a backbone of Saxum’s decision-making, providing wisdom and insights for clients related to digital and social media strategy, analytics and reporting. Zahara ensures everything is rooted in data, not in ego or on a whim.

When she's not buried in spreadsheets, Zahara is likely advocating for social good and issues including civil rights, food insecurity, diversity and inclusion, and criminal justice reform. She's a shining example of A Better BOLD - she's brave, original, lively and driven in everything she does.

Stephanie Heckenkemper is the principal founder of Heckenkemper. She leads a team of Tech Savvy, Brand-Aware, Entrepreneurial Problem Solvers that unite every day to help businesses connect with customers and prospects.

Consumers now demand accessible and professional interactions online instantly. Heckenkemper was cultivated out of the need to deliver effective social media campaigns & web assets to reach consumers where they were spending time. Working online opens up creative opportunities while resonating a powerful message for clients that fit within those tight marketing budgets.

Heckenkemper proudly serves clients based in Oklahoma and Texas and has been known to hop a Southwest flight to Cali and Florida a few times a year to manage live event social media at conferences & trade shows. Stephanie volunteers her time to serve as the Programming VP for the American Marketing Association Tulsa Chapter and proudly serves as the Auction Chair for the Kaleidoscope Ball benefiting Emergency Infant Services.

Stephanie earned a M.S. degree from Oklahoma State University in 2001, and a B.S. degree also from OSU. She developed her career in marketing and media working with notable companies including Hilton, Pennwell Corp & Griffin Communications.

Byers Creative is a trusted industry leader in innovative communication and offers a wide range of services in graphic design, web design, social media, marketing strategy, copywriting and corporate branding. The company’s reputation for excellence has been cemented with clients across varying industries and includes many large corporations, such as Hilti and Walmart.

As Byers Creative's Digital Marketing Strategist, Noël specializes in multiple areas. While staying current on the ever-changing trends in marketing solutions, Noël also makes time for one of her greatest passions: teaching other professionals how to establish and grow their companies in the marketing and digital world. With 12 years of experience working with large, established companies — such as Southwest Cheese, Plateau & Coldwell Banker — as well as smaller start-up companies in web development, graphic design, marketing strategy, social media, video and digital marketing, Noël is truly an expert in her field.

Since earning her Bachelor of Science in Communication from Eastern New Mexico University, Noël has demonstrated successes in large and small industries around the world, including non-profits. In January 2010, she founded Wheels of Love, Inc., which donates vehicles to needy families in eastern New Mexico and west Texas. To date, the organization has assisted over 200 families and the idea has been used in additional cities and states. She has also served with the Clovis/Curry County Chamber of Commerce, Clovis Industrial Development Corporation, United Way of Eastern New Mexico and the Committee of Fifty, which serves the 27th Special Operations Squadron at Cannon Air Force Base.

Noël became a proud Tulsa resident in 2016, after relocating from New Mexico. She is the proud mother of two amazing boys.

Kersten Anderson

Growing up in the hustle and bustle of the dot com era in Silicon Valley, California, Kersten has had a lifelong love affair with marketing. Being raised by small business owners gave her insight into the world of business and a passion for business strategy. After completing her undergraduate degree at Oral Roberts University, she went on to finish her MBA there as well in 2010.

Working with other small business owners, local advertising, and agencies across the nation is what eventually drove her to launch her company Speakeasy Market Strategies in 2012. Today, she leads teams of designers and marketing professionals to help create and execute strategies to grow her clients’ businesses with cost-effective creative strategies.
