We have all heard the buzzwords that come with data-driven decision making, such as “being intentional” and “evaluating outcomes.”

But what does the application of this actually look like?

CAP Tulsa’s Chief Operating Officer Karen Kiely will shine a light on the practices behind these ideas. She will also take us inside CAP Tulsa to show how the nonprofit has implemented these ideas in the areas of internal communicationsand employee feedback as well as the measurable, positive results.

Lastly, Karen will highlight how these practices can be replicated in any organization.
