The scholarship is named in memory of Ruth E. Richards, longtime AWC member, former AWC Tulsa president, Saidie Lifetime Achievement honoree and Chapter Super Star honoree. A life-long learner, Ruth was a talented development communications professional. Even more than that, she was a mentor who tirelessly helped countless peers improve their skills and our community.
