About this event

Join AWC Tulsa for an inspiring half-day professional development workshop with Nikki Parker and Becky Fields Wilson as they explore how to reframe limiting beliefs, build resilience, and choose joy on purpose. Through engaging presentations and practical takeaways, attendees will gain tools to strengthen confidence, shift mindset, and create meaningful forward momentum in their careers and everyday lives.

Nikki Parker is a senior human resources executive, leadership strategist, and sought-after speaker with more than 20 years of experience supporting public sector, education, and community-focused organizations. She currently serves as Assistant Chief Human Resources Officer for Tulsa Community College, where she leads large-scale initiatives focused on employee engagement, leadership development, organizational culture, and sustainable workforce practices.

Nikki is the creator of The Happiness Formula, a practical leadership and professional development framework designed to help individuals and organizations build capacity, strengthen communication, and sustain performance without burnout. Her work centers on the belief that clarity, connection, and well-managed energy are essential to effective leadership, especially in high-demand, people-centered environments.

Known for her relatable and grounded approach, Nikki blends real-world leadership experience with evidence-based practices in emotional intelligence, stress management, and organizational effectiveness. Her sessions are engaging, reflective, and actionable, offering participants tools they can immediately apply in their professional and personal lives.

Nikki speaks regularly to educators, administrators, nonprofit leaders, and workforce professionals across Oklahoma and beyond. Her work resonates with audiences seeking meaningful impact, healthier work cultures, and leadership strategies that honor both results and well-being.
